1. When will I receive my products?
You will usually receive a response within 5 minutes, and no later than 10 minutes. Please write to me in the LIVE CHAT - before making your order, just to secure that I am awake and not sleeping. I reply LIVE chat within 5 minutes.
"You can also comment "REPLY SHOP" on my videos on TikTok @ADHDblox and I will reply as soon as I wake up.
2. How will I receive the products?
The products are delivered through a trading machine in game. You have to join your or a friends private-server to recieve the trade. If you would like to join my private server, you can send me a message in the chatbox.
3. What happens if I don't receive the product?
We strive to ensure this never happens. However, if it does, you will receive a full refund immediately just mail to hello@itisraaa.com
4. Is the payment secure?
You can choose one of the safest payment methods available on the global market, which is Klarna. Klarna allows you to receive the product before making the full payment when you choose the “Pay within 30 days” option. If you do not receive your product, you can simply cancel the payment through Klarna, and Klarna will contact us.
We highly recommend these options for your security. Card is also an safe option. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. For more information you can visit Shopify's Security Page.
